Today, the Welding Operator will introduce you to the maintenance rules of the Welding Roller Frame.
1. Check and remove the obstacles on the machine before welding, and need special person to use and keep them. Roller rack should not touch oil or fire, and oil injection holes should be injected regularly.
2. Rolling bearings: lubrication through oil cups on the bearing cover, sodium base grease is recommended.
3. Drive gears: For the first time, the protective cover of the gears that need to be added actively is removed, and a proper amount of grease is applied on the gears. It is suggested that sodium grease be used. In the use process, lubricating grease can be added through the oil injection hole on the gear cover, and foreign bodies are strictly prohibited from falling into the gear.
4. Cycloidal pinwheel reducer: Please add grease as required before use. It is recommended to use grease-2, molybdenum disulfide-2, or 2L-23 lithium grease at room temperature. The amount of grease loading is 1/2-1/3 of the reducer's volume, and grease should not be added too much, otherwise stirring heat will be generated. After the first operation of 300 gear reducers disappears, the first replacement shall be made. When replacing, the remaining dirty oil shall be removed. It will be replaced every six months.
