With the rapid development of the electric track flat car industry, more and more customers have become dependent on the track flat car, which is reflected not only in the conventional KPX battery track electric flat car, KPJ cable drum track flat car, KPD low-voltage track electric flat car and KPC series sliding contact type electric track flat car, but also in the unpowered flat car and trolley.

The working mode of the adjustable roller frame is that two motors of the active frame and the reducer are controlled by the same frequency converter to realize the stepless speed change and synchronous operation of the two motors. The motor drives the driving wheel through the transmission system.


The welding workpiece is placed on the active and driven wheels. The friction force between the workpiece and the active rollers drives the workpiece to run when the driving wheel is running. The linear speed of the welding place on the workpiece is the welding speed. The friction between the rotating workpiece and the driven roller drives the driven roller to rotate.


Designers skillfully and reasonably utilize the characteristics of the roller frame to develop an electric track flat car for special treatment of the surface of rotating workpiece. The flat car has compact structure, beautiful appearance, accurate positioning, simple operation, low noise and easy maintenance. It realizes seamless combination of spraying water, hot air, shot blasting, spraying paint, drying and cooling during the whole surface treatment process.
